  • Active infrared barriers: they form invisible beams between two aligned modules; the interruption of a beam triggers an alarm.
  • Microwave barriers: Create a volumetric field between the transmitter and receiver; best suited for large open areas.
  • Buried sensors (pressure or geophonic): invisible, they detect weight or movement on the ground. Microphone cables on fences: they detect vibrations or climbing attempts.
