Gava: “Let’s decarbonize the nation’s building stock.”
Rome, August 5th
“Agreement reached on Thermal Account 3.0”. This was announced by Deputy Minister of the Environment and Energy Security Vannia Gava following this afternoon’s Joint Conference.
“With €900 million annually, we support a strategic measure for energy efficiency and renewable energy sources in public and non-residential buildings, covering 65% to 100% of eligible expenses.
The target audience is broader than in the past: beneficiaries include public administrations, third sector entities, consortia, port authorities, and in-house companies.
Incentivised expenses include thermal insulation, heat pumps, solar thermal systems, and electric mobility infrastructure. A decisive step towards the decarbonisation of the national building stock”.
