Anyone who carried out work in 2025 has 90 days to report the interventions and not lose their tax deductions.
After a few weeks’ delay, the updated ENEA portal for submitting data related to projects eligible for the Ecobonus and Ordinary Home Bonus is finally operational. Starting Monday, June 30, 2025, users can log on to bonusfiscali.enea.it to complete the mandatory submission of information on energy efficiency and building renovation projects.
The clarifications contained in Circular No. 8/E of the Revenue Agency, released in recent days in implementation of the 2025 Budget Law, were crucial to unblocking the system.
For taxpayers who completed work in the early months of 2025, the calendar is already in motion: the 90-day deadline for submitting the notification begins June 30th. This means that, for example, those who installed heat pumps, windows, hybrid systems, or other eligible work will have to complete the process by Monday, September 29, 2025 (since the 28th falls on a Sunday).
Failure to submit within the deadline may result in the forfeiture of tax benefits, except in specific cases of force majeure.
